At AXVwell, our mission is to satisfy our clients at all time. If, for any reason, our product was not of your liking, we offer a simple return process.
Order Cancellations
Your order must be canceled within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our team at: info@axvwell.com. Please include your order number in the message.
After the 24 hours, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order as the processing may already had begun. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is not any longer possible.
If the order has already been shipped, you may return it only after delivery. Read our Return & Refund Policy.
30-Day Easy Returns
You have 30 days after you receive your item to return it.
In order for the item to be returned, it must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
Our team will assist you during this process.
Restocking Fee: $0 - we do not charge restocking fees.

Return Costs
Defective or Incorrect Products
There is no cost to the customer only if the product:
- Is incorrect
- Is damaged by the carrier
- Is defective in any way
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost if:
- The wrong product was ordered
- The item does not fit
- The item is no longer wanted
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
How to Return An Item
- Contact Us. Email info@axvwell.com with your order number and the reason of the return.
- Pack Your Item. Repack the item is its original packaging, including accessories, tags and documents.
- Send The Item Back. Ship the return using the instruction given in the return authorization email. You may use the shipping method recommended in the email.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the return, we will immediately inspect the item to make sure it meets the return criteria.
- Refund Timing: After approval, your refund will being to be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be returned to the original payment method, this will depend on your bank or payment method.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. In case you would like a different version, size, color, or product, please contact us at info@axvwell.com and our team will assist you with a quick exchange.
Order Not Delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@axvwell.com with the number of your order. Our team will investigate the situation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item with no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety purposes, some items will not be eligible for return. These products will be marked as non-returnable on their product pages.
